I'll get to know what makes you tick, what's influencing your current career conundrum, what you want your new career materials to accomplish and what aspects you want to emphasize and which you want to downplay or downright disappear.

Based on your goals and target audience, I'll make recommendations on document layout, content, page length, etc., as well as introduce ideas on how to make your LinkedIn profile the perfect complement to your document set.

If you're planning to apply mostly online, I'll enlist my expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to stay within certain perimeters of fonts, structure, headings, etc., while developing content with the right keywords and data to make your resume score high enough within the software to make it to the eyes of a hiring decision maker.

If I know you'll be using your resume mostly within your network, and your personality suits it, then I may recommend a resume with a bit of bling.

If you're sending your career docs to a lot of recruiters, I may suggest a savvy e-note, but if you have a little bit of a story to tell or work in a more traditional industry, then it'll be cover letter all the way.

With that covered, we'll be ready to schedule our initial intake session, where we'll dive deep into what sets you apart so that I can showcase how you're so good at what you do on both page and screen.
